I'm not convinced at this. In any case he won't play Rice there, we'd miss him in midfield too much and as a CB he aint up to much.

If this is true, then that's fucking disgusting bad luck.
Looking at options, the only viable one I can see is to play Kral at centre half. He's played there before, I think he started there before being moves into centre mid. Has the height and strength. Slim pickings, as the youngsters definitely aren't ready. There's no way we can move our one world class player out of position, that'd be madness.

I hope this is not true.
No idea who we pick there if it is. As you've all said it would be a waste of Declan Rice. In a way he is born out of it his time football system wise as he would have been a perfect fit as a sweeper.
